Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (weekends are excluded) then when we ship the items it will take 5 to 7 business days to reach at buyers' destination. Before placing an order, we advise our customers to read about our policies. Once orders are already shipped, we have no control over them, as a result we will noy be able to cancel it for you. After orders are shipped, we will provide the tracking number so our customers can track their orders. We ship during our normal business hours from Monday-Friday eastern standard time.
