HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

A: Your order will be processed within 24-72hours. After your order is processed, you will receive an email and/or text message confirming that your order has been shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number. You can also use our "Track your order" page on our website to track your order.

 

MY COUPON CODE IS NOT WORKING WHY?

A: If you are having difficulties with your coupon code, please contact us as the code may no longer be valid. Please note that coupon code cannot be combined with any other current offers, sales, or promotions.

 

MY ORDER HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED WHAT SHOULD I DO?

A: Please contact your local USPS location dependent on the shipping service your order was to be delivered by. If after contacting the shipping provider, you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at thesnordrithlore@gmail.com

 

I'BE JUST PLACED MY ORDER, CAN I CHANGE IT?

A: Please send us an email as soon as possible if you would like to change something in your order. Please note that we cannot ensure that the item you would like to exchange for will still be available. Also, once orders are already shipped, we have no control over them, as a result we will not be able to cancel it for you.

 

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

A: For damage packages you will be asked to file a claim with the carrier. You can still email us with a photo of the box and the product (s) that were damaged. We will direct you to the next step. For missing or wrong items please notify us via email within 24-48 hours of receiving your package so we can help with your concern. Please note any missing or wrong items reported after this period will not be replaced.
